  • Ive never been to a gym or exercise group before, can I still join?
    Of course you can. You’ll be surprised by how many of our members have never set foot in a gym before joining us. We make sure we give you all the support you need.
  • What day & times are your classes?
    We have a different range of classes we do here at ASC. One thing we love about outdoor training is we are lucky enough to have so many great locations to train. We do Beach workouts, beginner Bootcamps, more advance Bootcamps, HIIT training and boxing style classes. We also offer a weekly Run Club, as well as Yoga. No session is ever the same, we love to keep them fresh, get creative and give our members fun workouts every week. We have classes for everyone.
  • Can I do a taster session?
    Here at ASC we understand that first additional step to join a new class, meeting a new coach, meeting new people, it can be the hardest step. So although we don't offer a taster session with often offer a free 7 day pass, gives you the opportunity to try us without any obligations. But I can promise you, 99% of our members felt the exact same. But soon realised it's just a super friendly, positive and supportive environment.
  • How do I book sessions?
    We use a simple app based booking system that you use to book all your sessions. Very easy to use and takes seconds to do.
  • How much are your monthly memberships?
    We have a different range of memberships available to suit everyone's goals and schedules. You can see our different options here but we do always recommend the 7 day trial first. Let us show you our services and sessions first. We are confident you wont be disappointed! During your free consultation which is included in the 7 day trial, we go through all memberships with you, to see what suits you best. Again, no obligation to do anything after the trial.
  • Do you do drop in sessions?
    No, everything we do is with a view of helping people improve for the long run, not just give someone a good workout. We can't coach and help an individual in one session.
  • Is there a contract?
    No, memberships are monthly rolling with the option to pause or cancel your membership with 2 week notice.
  • Do you do 1-2-1 Coaching?
    Yes but spaces are limited. We believe small group training is a much better option. Instead we do 6 Week Body Transformation programmes which It gives you the same level of coaching as 1-2-1 would. But in a more engaging environment. In fact, you receive far more value. We've seen much better results for our members since transitioning exclusively to group training.
  • What is FitCamp Social?
    For us community is important. So monthly we put on social events for our members which are always great fun, a great way to create new friendships and being around a supportive unit of people who may have similar goals to yourself. Our events differ monthly, whether that's just grabbing a coffee or an actual event. You can see some pictures above.
